Rent

Compared to September 2022, property rent price index increased by 1.78 points, from 88.79 to 90.57. An increase of 2.00%.

Compared to October 2021, prices increased by 27.30%.

Abu Dhabi

Sale

Compared to September 2022, property sales price index decreased by 0.04 points, from 80.54 to 80.50. Decreased by 0.06%.

Compared to October 2021, prices increased by 2.70%.

Rent

Compared to September 2021, property rent price index increased by 0.39 points, from 71.12 to 70.51. An increase of 0.55%.

Compared to October 2021, prices decreased by 0.81%.
